Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to departure time for a refund.

According to this policy, Credit Card holder agrees to pay for and to allow, Blue Hawaii Photo Tours to charge all related cancellation fees associated with the total number of passenger tickets reserved, to his or her credit card.

Blue Hawaii Photo Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of a mechanical or equipment malfunction, potentially dangerous or poor weather conditions, such as measurable rain, lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, or any other general condition deemed to be potentially unsafe. In the event Blue Hawaii Photo Tours must cancel a tour, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations due to poor weather conditions are at the sole discretion of Blue Hawaii Photo Tours.

There is a three person minimum per tour. In the event there is only one person signed up for a tour Blue Hawaii Photo Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour, no cancellation fees will be charged. Blue Hawaii Photo Tours will cancel no later than 24 hours prior to departure of the tour.
